A "dirt Fewk" girl from the Wei hills who was assigned to Collin Bilson's unit in the training preparations for Momaar's Folly. "Top of the class" at all things soldierly (going so far as to gain a li position in the reshuffling after the Folly), she fell early into the military "track" (one of those whose attitude may be best described as "Franklin is God"). A good friend of Lavinia Muse Fisk, and an "outer member" of the Companions' circle, even if she's not much of a partier.

While her former bayon and his friends set off early in 109 to help Ike's Companions with their work in the Ruins, Ozzotto stayed with the Two Hundred; by the time the ships sailed for the great Witsie War strike, she had earned herself a place as one of Franklin's bayons, and she was formally Called as a mid-ranking member of the House in 112.
